2020 taught me some valuable life lessons.
One is that everybody can break under the right circumstances or the appropriate combination of elements. Nobody is unbeatable. Nobody is as solid and stable as they claim to be all the time.
And that is a good thing.
Sometimes we need to hit rock bottom to gain a fresh perspective of the ground and start building up from there. Acknowledging our vulnerability doesn't make us weaker but quite the opposite: you gain humility.
All suffering leads to growth so don't run away from difficulty and EMBRACE THE STRUGGLE.
